I have never been let down by any of the stylists at this salon. They are all highly skilled, thorough, and hardworking. I can’t recommend Gianna enough, she goes above and beyond to ensure I’m happy with my hair every time I see her. I don’t think I’ll explore other options after finding Douglas!

I came to Noah after having several bad experiences of not getting the blonde I always wanted. My roots were not even and the color and cut was not blended at all. NOAH saved the day! Not only did he listen to what I wanted, but he also put his magic touch to it so that we could get it to a good place. He almost created a brand new canvas to work with. He was highly professional and fun to watch. Thankful to have found this salon and him. 10/10 recommend.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this salon, and especially about Jordan. His talent and skill with hair is unmatched, especially when it comes to my red hair. I used to see him a few years ago and now I fly in from another state just to see him as he is the only person I trust with my hair (with both cut & color). Jordan truly understands what his clients want and always delivers beyond my expectations. His team is just as impressive--his assistants Chloe & Lae were attentive and efficient. Noah is another stylist who does exceptional work and still comes and says hi to me whenever I am at the salon. I cannot recommend Douglas Carroll enough!

Jordan and Chloe are amazing! My cut and color has never looked better! I have very long hair and I haven’t had great experiences in the past at other salons but this experience at Douglas Carroll Salon was the absolute best experience I’ve ever had. Seriously the best color I’ve EVER had. Thanks yall!

Stopped by as a walk-in from out of town. Upon entering I was greeted by a smiling, sharp-dressed receptionist. The shop was a buzz, the boutique called to me, and the receptionist found me an appointment. Within 5 minutes I was sitting in a chair having a conversation with my stylist (Law) about my needs. The outcome was perfect, the service impeccable and the environment inviting. I definitely would return and I highly recommend Douglas Carroll Salon.

Wishing I could give this salon more than 5 stars! Noah has truly transformed my hair! I tried a lot of salons and gave up because of disappointment. 3 years of box dye later and I decided to try Noah at Douglas Carrol and he has made it completely transform! He is the absolute best. So friendly, so patient and very willing to work with you and/or just fix what you don’t know needs fixing. 100/100 recommend

Douglas is the best and my hair has never looked better thanks to his talents with balayage and styling! I got so many compliments when he did it a year ago and only needed touch ups every few months since then to keep up with the grey that kept growing in. Now after a year, it was time to redo the balayage and I absolutely love how it has turned out with the beautiful new styling he finished with…my husband, family and friends notice right away every time he has worked on it and it makes me feel and look younger than the 68 years I have been blessed with! Thank you so much Doug! Worth every penny!
